摘要:(1)本文設計了一種工作頻帶覆蓋Ka波段的寬帶寬波束磁電偶極子天線,天線基于多層介質板和半固化層堆疊結構,通過在輻射單元四周添加寄生單元拓寬了波束寬度同時引入寄生電容拓展了天線帶寬,使用三維全波電磁仿真軟件HFSS對天線結構進行仿真設計和優化,最終經過優化后的仿真結果表明天線具有良好的寬帶性能與寬波束性能。絕對阻抗帶寬為22.9GHz-46.6GHz,相對阻抗帶寬超過68%,工作在24Ghz以上頻率時波束寬度超過120 。該天線的寬帶寬波束特性適用于寬帶通信系統和寬角掃描應用場景。

Abstract:This paper presents a broadband and wide-beam magnetoelectric dipole antenna operating in the Ka-band. The antenna is based on a stacked structure of multilayer dielectric substrates and semi-cured layers. By adding parasitic elements around the radiating patches, the beamwidth is broadened, while parasitic capacitance is introduced to extend the antenna bandwidth. The antenna structure is simulated, designed, and optimized with the 3D full-wave electromagnetic simulation software HFSS. The optimized simulation results demonstrate that the antenna exhibits excellent broadband performance and wide-beam characteristics, with an absolute impedance bandwidth of 22.9-46.6 GHz and a relative impedance bandwidth exceeding 68%. When operating above 24 GHz, the beamwidth exceeds 120 . The antenna\'s broadband and wide-beam properties make it suitable for broadband communication systems and wide-angle scanning applications.
