摘要:干旱脅迫是影響谷子產(chǎn)量的主要原因,嚴重威脅著我國糧食安全。發(fā)掘谷子的耐旱基因為提高谷子的耐旱性、減少干旱對谷子造成的影響提供了依據(jù)。本研究首先依據(jù)干旱情況下 62個谷子品種的存活率將它們劃分成五個抗旱級別,隨后為了篩選抗旱的營養(yǎng)品種,在每個抗旱級別中選出了類胡蘿卜素含量較高的品種,進一步進行了谷子幼苗期的模擬干旱與拔節(jié)期的盆栽干旱實驗,通過模糊數(shù)學隸屬函數(shù)法綜合抗氧化酶、滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)、離體葉片失水率等多項指標,評價了五個谷子品種的抗旱性。在每個抗旱級別各選一個葉酸或類胡蘿卜素較高的品種,最終選出了黑枝谷、朝新201、沁州黃、白米谷、葉酸谷等營養(yǎng)品種,隨后分別從離體葉片失水率、抗氧化酶系統(tǒng)、滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)三個方面評價了拔節(jié)期谷子的抗旱性,最終使用模糊數(shù)學模型隸屬函數(shù)法綜合評價了五個谷子營養(yǎng)品種的抗旱性。

Comprehensive Evaluation and Screening for Drought Resistance of Carotenoid-Rich Foxtail Millet Using the Fuzzy Membership Function Method

Abstract:Drought stress is a major factor affecting millet yield and poses a serious threat to food security in China. The exploration of drought-tolerant genes in millet provides a basis for improving millet\'s drought tolerance and reducing the impact of drought on millet. In this study, 62 millet varieties were first divided into five drought resistance grades based on their survival rates under drought conditions. Subsequently, to screen drought-resistant nutrient-rich varieties, varieties with high carotenoid or folate content were selected from each drought resistance grade. Further, simulated drought experiments at the seedling stage and potted drought experiments at the jointing stage of millet were conducted. The drought resistance of five millet varieties was evaluated by comprehensively considering multiple indicators such as antioxidant enzymes, osmotic adjustment substances, and water loss rate of detached leaves using the fuzzy mathematics membership function method. One variety with high folate or carotenoid content was selected from each drought resistance grade, and finally nutrient-rich varieties such as Heizhigu, Chaoxin 201, Qinzhouhuang, Baimigu, and Yesuangu were selected. Subsequently, the drought resistance of millet at the jointing stage was evaluated from three aspects: water loss rate of detached leaves, antioxidant enzyme system, and osmotic adjustment substances. Finally, the fuzzy mathematics model membership function method was used to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of the five nutrient-rich millet varieties.
